Warrant for genocide; the myth of the Jewish world-conspiracy and the Protocols of the elders of Zion / by Cohn, Norman,1915-2007.(CARDINAL)127931;
"Bibliographical note": pages 289-296.The origins of the myth -- Against Satan and the Alliance Israélite Universelle -- The Protocols and the Dialogue aux Enfers -- Secret police and occultists -- The Protocols in Russia -- The Protocols reach Germany -- The Protocols circle the world -- Germanic racism, Hitler and the Protocols -- The myth in Nazi propaganda -- Forgery pushers on trial -- The antisemitic international -- Conclusion: A case-study in collective psychopathology -- The rabbi's speech -- Some parallel passages in the Protocols and the Dialogue aux Enfers -- Some passages in the Protocols not based on the Dialogue aux Enfers -- The Protocols and the coming of antichrist.In this fascinating work of literary and historical detection, Norman Cohn unravels the origins of "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion" the hugely successful forgery containing the master-plan of an alleged Jewish conspiracy to control the world. Tracing its roots in anti-Semitic mythology, Cohn pinpoints the collaboration of hack writers and secret policemen in concocting a book that sparked bloody pogroms, was one of the cornerstones of Nazi propaganda and, once the Second World War started, became the principal 'justification' for the attempted extermination of European Jewry. Despite being completely discredited, the Protocols are still widely read, still shaping the thinking of right-wing movements the world over.

The international Jew : the world's foremost problem.
Set of four pamphlet volumes reprinting a series of antisemitic articles from The Dearborn independent, issued between November 1920 and May 1922. Owner and publisher Henry Ford used the weekly newspaper to voice his opinions, and particularly to legitimize and spread his antisemitic views, advancing the idea of a supposed Jewish plan for world domination, to be accomplished through financial and cultural manipulations, heavily sourced from the fabricated antisemitic text, The protocols of the wise men of Zion (1903). While the antisemitic (and anti-communist) articles reprinted here were written under the editorial supervision of William J. Cameron, Ford reportedly retained control of the content. Ford abolished the paper in 1927 as a result of efforts by the Anti-Defamation League and Jewish and liberal Christian groups, but The International Jew would be translated into 12 languages and became widely available in North America and Europe, fueling antisemitism both leading up to and after World War II (see article: "The International Jew: the world's foremost problem," via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum website, accessed 17 July 2023, and Wikipedia).
