Be kind.
Small acts of kindness make all the difference. Every time you do something thoughtful for others, however insignificant it might seem, it gets passed on. You smile at someone as you walk past, it gives them a boost, and they smile at the next person. And on it goes, rippling outwards, touching all of our lives. And kindness includes being kind to yourself. Do you ever beat yourself up when you make a mistake? Do you speak to yourself with the same consideration as you would a good friend? We hope these passages will inspire you to be kinder and more understanding of others, and also towards yourself - to be there for friends, to let yourself off the hook, to offer a kind word, to forgive and forget. Because the more you give and share, the more you will get back.
