Marty Robbins was one of the most successful Country and Western singers of his nearly four-decade long career. Gunfighter Ballads and Trail Songs was released in September 1959 on Columbia Records and featured all western and cowboy songs. It was a huge success and peaked at #6 on the U.S. pop albums chart. "El Paso" was a #1 hit song and, also from this album, "Big Iron" made the Top 10 of the Country charts. The classic album is featured in it's entirety along with many more of Robbins' hits. 28 tracks total.
