Kids planet. [videorecording].
An interesting topic will be addressed in this opportunity. Technology, what is it and what is it useful for? We will know some inventions that were created with an initial purpose and currently have another utility. We will talk about computers and their evolution so far. Evolution, precisely the technology allows us to evolve. We will see some examples of domestic technology that facilitates daily activities. We will learn that technology covers other things such as telescopes, from terrestrial to spatial, robots for cleaning, humanoids, and even pets. Different toys, tablets, and other things have revolutionized communication, letting us see a person in real-time even though he is on the other side of the world. All these tools are allies, as long as we do not neglect our human relations. Some things simply can't be replaced by a robot and the warmth of sharing with your family and friends is one of them.DVD, region 1, widescreen presentation.

Aided by a radically time-shuffling narrative, razor-sharp dialogue from pulp novelist Jim Thompson, and a phenomenal cast of character actors, including Sterling Hayden, Coleen Gray, Timothy Carey, and Elisha Cook Jr., The Killing is both a jaunty thriller and a cold-blooded punch to the gut. Director of photography, Merrill Brody ; editor, Peggy Lawson ; music composed and conducted by Meyer Kupferman.Allen Baron, Lionel Stander (voice), Molly McCarthy, Larry Tucker.Swift, brutal, and blackhearted, Allen Baron's New York City noir film is a sensational surprise. This low-budget, carefully crafted portrait of a hit man on assignment in Manhattan during Christmastime follows its stripped-down narrative with mechanical precision, yet also with an eye and ear for the oddball details of urban living and the imposing beauty of the city. At once visually ragged and artfully composed, and featuring rough, poetic narration performed by Lionel Stander and written by Waldo Salt (both uncredited), it is a stylish triumph.English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearingBlu-ray, wide screen and full screen (1.85:1 and 1.33:1); mono sound; requires Blu-ray player.
